Services Shred Solution offers 2 services. One-time purge cleanout and scheduled container service. In each of these cases there is no need to remove any staples, rubber bands, clips folders, etc. Upon completion of each shred you will receive a Document of Destruction, which will state the exact date, place, time and poundage destroyed. This document is for HIPAA and FACTA compliance purposes and is also for your recycling records as Shred Solution immediately removes all shredded paper to a recycler. One-Time Cleanout ("Purge") Service Any amount of material can be destroyed on a one-time or periodic basis. Our customers often store materials in drawers, file boxes, or in storage spaces. No problem! Our shredding technician will simply transfer these materials to one of our security containers, on your premises, and perform the same high-security on-site destruction process used for our scheduled container service. Convenient, Scheduled Destruction Our pre-scheduled, automatic service offers you the security of our service without the hassle of scheduling appointments. Once our locked and secure consoles have been delivered to your office free of charge, Shred Solution will do the rest! Based on your individual office needs, our professional Shred-Reps will determine a destruction schedule based on the volume of material produced. YOU NEVER CALL OR WAIT FOR A PICK-UP! Our automatic service is the easiest and most convenient way to destroy your confidential information and keep you and your company secure. Unlike most of our competitors, we do not require you to sign a contract. Customers sign a Service Agreement that can be cancelled at anytime without penalty. Pricing With Shred Solution you pay a flat rate, no hidden charges. We charge a flat rate per container rather than per minute or per pound basis. The price you pay is based on the number and size of containers and frequency of service.
